The CLV Project Dashboard is one of the management tools developed by RCU. It helps to see at a glance the overall status of the three grants. The Dashboard shows the project status of CLV countries’ projects only; activities and assigned weights for activities ran by the Regional Coordination Unit (RCU) were too different to be included here. At the first Project Managers meeting in September 2007, CLV project managers agreed to update this tool on a quarterly basis (ref. to first PMM report) and at the second Regional Steering Committee (RSC) Meeting in November 2007, RSC members agreed to use this tool as a monitoring tool of the project (ref. the 2nd  RSC meeting minutes).
 
All progressive CLV Quarterly Dashboards during the implementation are available in the RCU’s successive quarterly reports. Below is the CLV Project Dashboard at the Project Completion Date of 31 December 2009.
